Net means net. This is what we pay out to you after platform commissions and our management fee. The guest cleaning fee sits on top and is never deducted. Maintenance isn't included; we carry it out with your permission and charge it separately. An estimate, built below market on purpose, for a settled year. Your exact figure comes after we've seen the home.
