Who we are
360 Group Ltd (company registration C 88545), 172 Triq Luqa Briffa, Gżira, Malta, is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. 360 Estates (vacation rentals) and 360 Hotels (guesthouses and hotels) are part of 360 Group.
This notice covers 360group.mt and our owner pages on 360shortlets.com, including the forms on them, the blog and the newsletter. Guests booking a stay with us receive a separate notice with their booking.

What we collect, and why
We only ask for what we need to answer you. Here is each place you can give us your details:
Owner enquiry forms (360 Estates, 360 Hotels)

When you load our pages, your browser also shares technical details such as your IP address and browser type with the services that deliver the page and its fonts. We use these only to keep the site running and secure.
Our legal basis
- Taking steps at your request. When you ask for an estimate, a proposal or an offer, or apply for a job, we use your details to do what you asked, before any agreement.
- Consent. For the newsletter. You can unsubscribe in one click from any email.
- Legitimate interests. To follow up on an enquiry you made, keep our records, and protect the website from misuse.
- Legal obligation. Where the law requires us to keep records, for example for tax.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We use trusted service providers who process it for us, under contract and only on our instructions:
- monday.com: our customer records system, where enquiries are logged for our sales team.
- Zapier: moves the details from our forms into monday.com, email and Mailchimp.
- Microsoft (Outlook): our email.
- Intuit Mailchimp: sends the newsletter.
- Meta (WhatsApp): only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.
- Google Analytics: visit statistics, only if you accept cookies.
- Google Fonts and our website host: deliver the page itself.
Some of these providers are based outside the EU, including in the United States. Where data leaves the EU, it is protected by safeguards recognised under EU law, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Owner enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client. Client records are then kept for as long as the agreement and the law require.
- Job applications: up to 12 months, so we can contact you about future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us, free of charge, to:

Email info@360group.mt and we will reply within one month. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to Malta's data protection authority, the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt).
Cookies
We use no advertising cookies. With your permission only, we use Google Analytics to see which pages are useful and which forms owners send. When you first visit, a banner asks you to accept or decline. Nothing is measured until you press Accept.
- _ga and _ga_* (Google Analytics): tell visits apart and keep the statistics accurate. They last up to two years.
- 360_consent (stored in your browser, not a cookie sent to us): remembers your choice so we don't ask again.
Google acts as our processor for these statistics and the data may be processed outside the EU under the safeguards described above. You can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
Keeping it safe
Your details travel over encrypted connections, and only the people at 360 Group who need them, such as our sales team or, for applications, our People & HR team, can see them.
Children
This website is meant for property owners and job applicants aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
